How to see your top songs on Spotify

Connect your Spotify account to SpotifyStats to see your most played songs, ranked, for the last 4 weeks, 6 months and 12 months. It works any day of the year. Inside the Spotify app you only get part of this: the full ranked list arrives once a year in Wrapped.

In the Spotify app

Spotify only shows part of this, and what you see varies by device and app version:

  • Wrapped gives a ranked list of your top songs, but only once a year, late in the year, and only for that year.
  • Your profile in the mobile app can show a short list of your top tracks this month.
  • Personalised playlists reflect what you play a lot, but they are mixes, not a ranked list with time ranges.

What SpotifyStats shows instead

Your top songs, ranked in the order Spotify reports them, for three time ranges you can switch between at any time:

Last 4 weeks

What you have on repeat right now.

Last 6 months

The songs that have stuck with you this season.

Last 12 months

Spotify's longest range, closest to a Wrapped-style year.

Spotify does not offer a true all-time range; 12 months is the longest it provides.

Frequently asked questions

How do I see my most played songs on Spotify?
Connect your Spotify account to SpotifyStats and open Top Tracks. You get your most played songs ranked for the last 4 weeks, the last 6 months and the last 12 months. In the Spotify app itself, the full ranked list only appears in Wrapped once a year.
Can I see my all-time top songs on Spotify?
Not exactly. Spotify does not share a true all-time ranking with apps like SpotifyStats. Its longest range covers roughly the last 12 months, which is the Last 12 months view here.
Does it show how many times I played each song?
No. Spotify returns your top songs in ranked order but does not share per-song play counts, so SpotifyStats shows the rank rather than a number of plays.
How often does my top songs list change?
Your list is fetched from Spotify when you open your stats page, so it reflects whatever Spotify currently reports. The last 4 weeks view changes fastest; the 12-month view moves slowly.
